Calming Down the Body Revolution

And so it has begun...again.

Yesterday I made the trip, thanks to my friend, Sylvia (and her car), to Wholefoods where I spent a wonderful time in the produce section, selecting PILES of greenies: kale, swiss chard, dandelion greens, kiwi, brocolli, carrots, celery, apples, mushrooms, pea tendrils and massive amounts of more fruit and vegetables. Some of these items are for eating raw in salads, or juicing (like the beets which I DO NOT LOVE). Some are for sauteing lightly...yummy.

I am on a mission and like a dog with a bone, I will not relent. Hopefully, I will never jump off this train and it's track again, but only time will tell. It can be quite difficult to stay focused on healthy eating in our country and it's culture of fast food and meat and cheese EVERYWHERE.

I am creatively trying to stuff all this stuff into my small fridge. It is not a tiny hotel room size fridge but still it is quite small. 10 cu feet small. But I am so blessed to have this space in the back of my house that fridge size is unimportant.

And I'm so excited at the prospect of losing weight and feeling super fabulous again. And that means my walk will be actually a do-able thing. YEA!!!

How many of you are doing this with me? I hope you are as psyched as I am.

That tiny little tomato in the front is one of my first from my container garden!
