Open My Heart

I’ve been writing lately about cleaning out the old debris and becoming vulnerable. All this to open-up. Open up to other people; open up to beauty that resides within; open up to the Universe. Open up to all that we are, the gift that each one of us is.

YAY!

Except opening up is not easy. Did I mention that? In fact, people frequently look at me like I’m going all “woo woo” on them.
